Holiday Surcharge:

• A supplement of USD 40 per person per night will apply to all bookings on the 24^th, 25^th, 26^th and 31^st December and 1^st January
• Gala dinner supplement of USD 70 per person on 24^th, 25^th & 31^st Dec at Neptune Ngorongoro Luxury lodge, Plantation Lodge & TNS accommodations

General Terms & Conditions:

1. Government Taxes and Levies:

The rates above are inclusive of current levies & taxes as of today, however should there be any new statutory taxes introduced and/or increase of any current levies by Government/statutory bodies the same shall be passed on to you

2. Park Fees:

National Parks/Conservation Fees are based on current tariff, should TANANA OR NCAA OR WMA increase any of their fees the same will be passed on to you.

3. Rooming Policy with Serena & Sopa Lodges:

Serena Hotels will confirm up to a maximum of five singles per group at single room rate as contract rate. Any additional single rooms will be charged at double room contract rate.

4. Rooming Policy with Tanganyika Wilderness Camps (TWC):

The Single room rate is applicable for the first 3 rooms per booking. Double rate for the rest of the single rooms.

5. Rooming Policy with TNS Hospitality:

(Lake Ndutu Luxury Tented Lodge, Ngorongoro Kuhama Camp & Serengeti Kuhama Camp)

The Single room rate is applicable for the first 3 rooms per booking. Double rate for the rest of the single rooms.

6. Luggage space:

Soft-sided luggage or duffels are preferable to hard luggage for storage on safari vehicles within East Africa. Large suitcases of dimensions greater than 24"x 17"x 7" are impossible to store in vehicles and on aircraft and should not be used. (Baggage and personal effects are at owner's risk throughout the tour and baggage insurance for members is strongly advised).

7. Re-routing of Itineraries due to limited space availability:

There may be some departures operated on a re-routed version depending on the status given, but reflecting same experience and number of game drives.

8. Seasonal variations:

Some bookings might straddle between two seasons making the above seasonal quotations on accommodation NOT APPLICABLE. In such cases, supplements / reductions will be applicable for such bookings.

9. Scheduled Flight Fares and Baggage Allowance:

Scheduled flight fares are current and subject to change. The proposed airline may not be available at the time of booking. You will be informed of the changes on the fares and the airline available for a particular booking. Regional Air luggage allowance is strictly 20 kilos in soft bags per person (inclusive of hand luggage)

10. Accommodation rates for children sharing with adults:

Child sharing rate is based on the general child policy of the accommodations. For any specific combination of child sharing with adults/children, we kindly ask you to get a quote from us depending on the child age and rooming arrangement.

• During the supplement period 27^th December to 2^nd January a minimum 5 nights stay is required

Restaurants & All-Inclusive policy

• Food: Breakfast, lunch, dinner. Snacks from 11 - 13h and 15-18h. Beverages: Soft drinks, water, local alcohol and wine from 1100 hrs to 2400 hrs.

Child Policy

• 0 & under 2 sharing a room: Free
• Over 2 & under 11.99 years sharing room with 2 adults: Child Free (Maximum 1 Child)
• Over 2 & under 11.99 years sharing own room: 75% of adult rate (Min 2 Children)
• Over 2 & under 11.99 years sharing room with one adult: Adult pays full sharing rate, Child pays 75% of Adult sharing rate
• Our Check in time is: 14:00 hours
• Our Check out time is: 10:00 hours

Cancellation and no-show policy

• It shall be an integral part of an Operators’ contract that the following cancellation and no-show policy shall apply: -

• For cancellation or reduction in number of guests between 21 and 14 days calculated from noon on the accommodation date: 35% of the rates applicable per bed night shall be payable.
• For cancellation or reduction in number of guests between 14 and 7 days calculated from noon on the accommodation date: 50% of the rates applicable per bed night shall be payable.
• For cancellation or reduction in number of guests between 7 and 2 days calculated from noon on the accommodation date: 75% of the rates applicable per bed night shall be payable.
• For cancellation or reduction in number of guests within 48 hours calculated from noon on the accommodation date or in case of No Show: 100% of the rates applicable per bed night shall be payable.
• For cancellation or reduction in the number of guests for all bookings that fall within a Supplement period, full rates applicable per bed night including supplement shall be payable for all bed nights so cancelled
